Originally from Hamburg, Germany, Martina moved to Los Angeles, CA in 1983. Before her Real Estate Career, she worked with a prestigious Immigration Law Firm helping clients to achieve their dream of becoming US residents and citizens. She then opened her own employment agency and created a highly dedicated team who assisted all her clients in finding the most suitable positions to match their education and skills. Using her professional skills and knowledge acquired over the years, Martina then transitioned into the Real Estate market where she saw an opportunity to provide the resources, knowledge and exceptional service to her clients.
Martina is passionately dedicated to selling and buying real estate and has helped many first time and seasonal buyers and sellers achieve their goals. She possesses the understanding of the local market and the trending changes occurring in many areas. She is very detail oriented and organized and is able to provide solutions for her clients weather they need to buy a home, make an investment or are looking for a passive income or a development.
Martina has been a Real Estate Sales agent since 2005 and received her Broker License in 2010. She joined Keller Williams Realty in 2008 and has been with Keller Williams Santa Monica since 2012. She has been recognized for outstanding achievement in sales performance and production and received a Top Team of the year award in 2018.
Martina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and is a member of the Inglewood Board of Realtors and National Associates of Realtors.
Martina is fluent in German, Farsi and English. In her free time, she loves to cook and entertain her friends and family.
